Experience Strategist

Experience-led solutioning

I help leadership teams decide what to build—before roadmaps, platforms, or AI are locked in.
I’m an experience strategist focused on solutioning upstream of delivery—where product decisions, platform choices, and operating models are still fluid.

My career began in UX, CX, and front-end development, where I learned firsthand how products succeed—or fail—when human needs, technical constraints, and business goals aren’t aligned. That systems-level perspective is what informs the strategy work I do today.

I use CX and UX as decision-making principles. They help surface real needs, challenge assumptions, and clarify direction early—before teams commit to roadmaps, platforms, or technology choices that are costly to unwind.

In practice, I partner with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to translate ambiguity into clear strategic direction. Through executive workshops, journey and ecosystem mapping, and early-stage solution shaping, I help organizations align people, processes, and technology—leveraging AI where it adds real value—to move forward with confidence and intent.

1999

Interactive CD Roms

I started my career building interactive experiences from the ground up, combining design, logic, and storytelling. Working directly in code taught me how early decisions shape usability, feasibility, and outcomes — lessons that still inform how I approach strategy today.

Days of Flash

As the web evolved, I worked at the intersection of design and engineering, building rich interactive experiences for large, complex organizations. This phase sharpened my ability to balance creativity with constraints — and to collaborate across disciplines to make ideas real.

Apps are a thing now

The rise of mobile shifted my focus from visual execution to structure and flow. I moved deeper into information architecture, workflows, and systems thinking — using UX to make complexity understandable and scalable.

I found my Sweet Spot

Today, I work upstream as a Product Strategist. My foundation in CX, UX, and technology allows me to help leadership teams clarify direction early — aligning people, processes, and platforms before decisions harden into roadmaps or systems.

Turning Complexity into Clear Direction

My Initiative
I step in when teams face ambiguity—unclear direction, competing priorities, or decisions that feel risky to lock in too early.
My Approach
I use CX and UX as decision-making principles to surface real needs, challenge assumptions, and explore options before decisions harden.
My Way of Working
I work collaboratively with leaders and teams to make complexity visible—mapping systems, workflows, and tradeoffs so decisions are grounded in reality, not guesswork.
My Work
The result is clear direction: experience-led strategies teams can commit to, build from, and defend with confidence.
